First time here and boy let me tell you! You are missing out if your not eating here. Had the Diablo burger delicious cheese and bacon fries delicious 10/10 this is my my burger spot they got plenty to try on menu and I will be trying it all very good place. My husband and I absolutely loved this restaurant. I am a gluten-free girly and I was pleasantly surprised that they had a designated gluten-free fryer, which made me very excited. Their gluten-free bun held up so well and it was so good that I could actually enjoy my burger. The green chili fries were also so wonderful. Their service was amazing. We sat on the patio and it wasn’t very busy at the time that we came, which was perfect. We will definitely be back!
Had dinner here the other night and was thoroughly impressed. The service was friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in, and the food exceeded expectations. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. You can tell real care goes into both the kitchen and the customer experience. Highly recommend—I'll definitely be coming back!
I lived in Tucson for four years and this was my favorite place to get a good burger. I usually go for the Sam Burger and a side of fried zucchini fries, but this time I chose to try the burger of the month, the Relleno Burger, and I was not disappointed. Notably, the customer service here is great. There was a slight delay in our food and we were given complimentary soft pretzels and cheese.
I’ve always loved this restaurant for its great food and atmosphere, but what truly impressed me recently was the outstanding customer service. I spoke with Daniel, a manager who was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. In just a couple of minutes, he handled everything with genuine care and made sure I felt valued as a customer. Visited for restaurant week and food was great. Service was good. Space is a bit small and loud but still enjoyed a casual dinner. Reserved a table ahead of time and did not have to wait for seating. The only thing was the chairs weren't really comfortable and the table we got was pretty small.
Every time I go to ZinBurger, be it with my husband or kids in tow, the staff is extremely nice. We never have a long wait to be seated. Our experience has always been pleasant. We get to select where to be seated every time. It’s nice to be treated with smiles because that tells use the staff enjoy what they do. The management is present and not to just stand around overlooking the staff they lead by example and get busy along side the crew. Real team work in action encouraging the crew. We appreciate their attentiveness. The server’s and bartenders are professional staying on point. The food is delicious made by top chefs. Hats off to all those working hard in Heavens Kitchen at ZinBurger. Blessings to the whole squad!
A couple friends and I went for happy hour at Zinburger and enjoy some drinks and snacks. Great draft beer deal ands the cocktails were super yummy and quality looking too! Appetizers, mains, and desserts were all 10/10. Super cute inside and outdoor area with great ambiance. The servers were attentive, kind, and efficient. Would recommend!
